Zukkoma is a complete management platform for multi-branch learning centers. It brings attendance and turnstiles, groups and lessons, exams, payments and debts, staff payroll, the kitchen menu and parent communication into a single system. Administrators and teachers work in a single admin panel, while parents instantly receive their child's attendance, exam results and daily menu through a Telegram bot. AI answers inquiries, helps the team work with new customers and plans the kitchen menu around each child's allergies.

01 — The challenge
A multi-branch learning center was running attendance, payments, exams, its kitchen and parent communication across spreadsheets, notebooks and messengers. Data was scattered: parents learned about their child's results late, debts were tracked by hand, and children's allergies risked being missed in the kitchen menu.
